Amanda Lo graduated cum laude from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She attended the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program, one of the top five such programs in the country on academic scholarship, and earned her Master of Taxation in 1998. After graduation, she worked for Deloitte & Touche, LP in Denver and New Orleans. She left public accounting to become the Chief Financial Officer of Lambeth House, the premiere retirement facility in Louisiana. As CFO, Amanda led the company to national accreditation and directed the reorganization of the corporation. After more than five years, Amanda chose to leave Lambeth House to spend more time with her husband William, a local psychiatrist, and two small children. In 2006, she reentered public accounting and returned to her roots in tax and financial planning by joining Physicians Resource Group.  Amanda is an active member of the Junior League of New Orleans.
